I can’t say enough great things about Touch of Class Auto Repair. After my accident, they truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless and manageable. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the process was handled with professionalism and care. Carlos was especially incredible — he kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely perfect — like nothing had ever happened. Rene and his team had creative, solid temporizing solutions so that I could continue to drive until I could make proper arrangements to leave my car there. Touch of Class actually drove me to the rental car facility once we had a definitive plan in place. At times they run a day behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, but I expect that in this industry. Professional, clean, responsive. Honest and fair. Rene and Lisa are genuine and delightful. Their customer service is top notch, unlike many places in Miami/ South Beach. This was the third time I had work done here and will remain my go to body shop. I really think they are great.
