I had a serious issue at this gas station on last week. While filling up my motorcycle, the pump (n.8) did not shut off automatically and gasoline overflowed all over my bike, clothes, and the ground. It was a disaster and very dangerous. On top of that, I ended up paying $13, when I usually pay around $7. The following week I spoke with the manager (Chris) politely hoping for a refund but was told nothing could be done. He barely looked at me while I was politely explaining the situation. Very disappointed…

I put in gas, checked my meter in my car, about 5 minutes later apparently no gas was actually put into my car. And for 4.79 or whatever the outrages cost per gallon id expect some reimbursement. I asked the rude person that worked there just told me "no your wrong. bye bye". Best believe im going Karen mode and calling corporate. I'd if it's 1 dollar or 100 ima get that money back.

I WISH I COULD OUT ZERO. A man who works there is EXTREMELY RUDE, along with a bathroom sign that says “bathroom out of order” when in fact we know it’s not out of order, your sign isn’t tricking anyone. Maybe the store should be more clean for them to act like their store is all that :)

I always go to Chevron for gas. The convenience of the location is the first reason I go there. There are many other gas stations nearby but I don’t have to worry about traffic or anything because I live close by. I have never had any issues with Chevron. The shop is clean, well maintained, and the employees are nice. I have seen employees at other gas stations being rude to people but that has never happened to me here. The price for gas is expensive so I only fill up here when I really need it.
