I received an amazing service with this mechanic. The pricing was very fair. They had my car fixed and back on the road within couple hours. Xuomary was very kind and super responsive. Mitch was fun to deal with as I was very sad when I walked in. He immediately lifted my mood up. This is an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleThey diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. I called my dealership who beat it by $300. They said they could match. Made me wait 45 minutes while they made calls to get the parts. Came back and said they could do it for $100 more than my dealership. Would have left but they said my car was dangerous to drive. The gentleman proceeded to question my integrity and said he was calling BMW to verify their quote. Bottom line they fixed it and car is driving nicely. The folks who work there seem nice and are hard working but I didn’t love that back and forth and failure to live up to matching the price after I waited. I had another small problem and was told by another person to come back another day and they take care of it for $100. Showed up a few days later and same dude who questioned my integrity said it could not be done for $100. Wasted an hour of my work day on this stop.
View on GoogleLove this place! I went in there thinking I needed four Tires and the manager checked and said I only needed one. Most places would've taken advantage to sell me something I didn't need. People are incredibly kind and helpful, and the mechanics did an amazing job. My car rides like new. The mechanic even showed me how to put my car in launch mode! Something I didn't even know I could do! Highly recommend this place.
View on GoogleAbsolutely amazing service!!! , I made the appointment online at 8:00 am, I arrived and they started to work on my car right away, Ozzy and Ricardo checked my car and they noticed that I had some services that it was due and they recommended to do it when I have the chance, I’m glad the I did all the service at the same time, their professionalism and honesty gave me the confidence to do it, as a women you don’t understand to much about cars and always these kind of services you end paying extra for things that you don’t know and then take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Ozzy and Ricardo thank u so much for the amazing costumer service and for your honesty, quality that these days is hard to find.
