Terrible sketchy place to take your car. I took my car for oil change and a new tire. As soon as i drove away my hubcap flew off along with some lugnuts on the interstate from the tire they replaced. Obviously the hubcap and nuts werent put back on correctly. When i went back to see if they would stand behind their service, no one asked if they could help me for 30 minutes 3 employees saw me and ignored me. Finally i waved down the manager. Before i could say anything he went on and on about how it wasnt their fault and my car is so broken (it wasnt broken when i took it in originally). He then told me he couldnt order the parts i needed. I thought it was an auto shop? Seriously u cant order me a hubcap? I then asked if i should take it somewhere else. He finally then said yes that I should order the parts and then they would put it on for free. At that point i was already walking away. I will never take any of my fleet of cars there again. No apology no customer service of any kinda rude dangerous people. Also no one there speaks much english including the manager ik its Miami and i do speak spanish but comeon try some duolingo?

Earlier today, while running errands, we accidentally saw this Shell station that had a car wash as part of their business. We thought we would try it. There was a vacuum station that we used to spiff up the inside. After our car was washed and we left, we noticed that there were some spots left that the machine didn't clean up. The total cost was $14.01 for a Superior wash. Basically, this car wash was like most car washes attached to gas stations. It gets most of the dirt, but not all of it. You need to do the touch-ups yourself.
View on GoogleThe staff at this tire shop are completely incompetent. Instead of placing the jack in the correct spot under the body, they placed it under the plastic side step. As a result, the side step couldn't handle the pressure, and the car fell, getting damaged. Extremely disappointed with such unprofessionalism. I strongly do not recommend this place!
View on GoogleThe worst Tire Center I've seen in my life, 3 people who are not doing anything, who don't want to do anything, keep fiddling with their cell phone and looking at your face, And even asking several times who can remove the nail from the tire, they keep evading and don't want to work. I wasted my time waiting for lazy employees had the decency to answer me.
View on GoogleWow I stopped by with a flat tired that I thought would ruin my day, 3 cars ahead of me, they are so efficient I told my wife it was like a pit stop. My tired was plugged and all 4 airs filled and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
