This parking garage is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The spaces are roomy, making parking stress-free even for larger vehicles. Pricing is also quite reasonable — just $20 for a full day, which is a great deal for the area. Convenient and hassle-free option if you're visiting Miami Beach!
View on GoogleThe garage is convenient to the New World Center. To pay you have to use one of the machines. There are only two per floor apparently and there are long lines after a concert. It turns out people just go to the exit and have an attendant handle the payment with your credit card. This slows the exit process. They have ParkMobile signs everywhere that tell you that you can pay via the app by scanning your ticket. No where on the app or in the garage is it explained how to do this. I would be happy to prepay with ParkMobile to speed up the exit process but I refuse to wait behind people who can't figure out how to use the prepay machines.

View on GoogleThe parking spaces are large and the place is clean. But when I tried to pay at the machines the first day, it would not accept my Visa or AE credit cards. It gave me an decline and then an error message so I paid with cash. It did take that. The next day I was able to pay at the machine with my card. All was fine until I got ready to leave. When I paid first then went to my car on the second floor and left immediately got to the gate and put in the release card, it pushed it out saying I owed $2.00 more dollars. I was confused because I just paid what it asked and now it wants $2.00 more. So I had to pay the $2.00 in order to leave and it did not give me a receipt for that. Total rip off!
