Spinning Wheels & Alignment

People, please, we're here to help each other not to help the business. Take more people's money and time i 1 day I come to the shop cuz. My regular shop is Mr Wheels in Miami okay, so this is my story.I come to this shop with my off-road truck to get an alignment.And I also tell the guy , I have a bouncing going on on 80 so he tells me I have to buy some campbellts to be able to guarantee me my alignment. So I agree, spend $380 alignment came out OK didn't last a month. I hit a ditch and now it pulls to the left. Before he did the alignment, he told me my wheel bearings are a little worn out in my lower ball joints. He never said anything about me. Replacing it and losing my warranty on the alignment. Then he tells me is my cheap. Chinese tires that they need to be cut for $580. So\n I figured my tires were worn out and old already so I go ahead and buy 4 brand new sets out the box. I put them on i still have the same issue. I'm not saying he was supposed to fix it. I'm just saying my story, so everybody can understand what happened. So after me, changing the tires that has nothing to do with the alignment or the wheel hub assembly and the lower bar joint, my alignment was still straight as a whistle. Come to know I hit a ditch and after the ditch it pulls to the left. I call him, he says over the phone okay, no problem, bring it in for the warranty. I go 1 day, he closes at 2I get there 11:50. He only got 2 trucks in the Bay. He tells me he's not gonna stay overtime or pay anybody overtime just to do my alignment. That.\n I need to come back the next day at 5 in the morning. I was frustrated and angry. So I tell him, okay, I turn around and leave come back exactly what he tells me. I'm sitting outside about a good 30 minutes. He walks up to me and says you might as well leave the truck cause everything is full and might be all day. So I tell him, don't worry about fixing the issue. I'm just here for the warranty. I just want my alignment back. How it was cause I did pay $380. He tells me no cause he can see the parts were changed and cause I want to be cheap and go somewhere else and save a couple bucks. He does not want to touch my truck anymore, he pretty much told me to go to hell, turn around and started walking away, didn't care about the customer, even though I already had paid and did my part. Please people if I can give 0 stars. I would do not keep helping this business. Take more money from other people. I mean, don't take my word. Look at the rest of the reviews on their page. I'm not the only one he is extremely rude. He needs to find another way to talk to his customers. But the way you do your business is the way. Your business will succeed and look at his reviews. I'm not the only one complaining. Picture I put there is from in front of his store hopefully he goes out of business soon. He deserves it so he can learn how to do business better than what he's doing. Stay away from this place. And please do not be all nice when y'all see the review and right back. I'm talking to the shop. They talk back to you so nice in the messages. But in person, they're yelling at you. Cause\nMy alignment was fine.If an after that , I told your dad that I hit a ditch on the road and from there , the truck was pulling to the left , he did not care what I had to say i did not take it to another shop. I did it myself, and the whole reason. Those parts were changes, he said that was the reason for my bouncing, at 80 miles per hour, not the alignment we're talking about 2 different things. I hate a ditch on the road and my alignment got thrown off.\nEven replacing the parts that I said the alignment was still straight as a whistle into I hit the ditch all I wanted was to get my truck aligned again. But he did not want to do it for free. I can tell so he used my words against me.\n My truck was driving fine. After replacing the tires and the parts all had the bouncing, I didn't bring it to you guys for the bouncing, I just brought it to get aligned again. Cuz of the ditch. I'm a mechanic. I just don't have the machine.

Very bad experience with this place. I went in only to get a wheel alignment, since the vehicle had already been inspected by my own technician and everything was in perfect condition for that specific service. However, at this shop they tried to push unnecessary repairs, claiming there were multiple issues that were not real, clearly with the intention of charging more money. When I refused those alleged problems and explained that I only needed the alignment, they refused to perform the service. The worst part was the staff’s attitude. The person who does the alignment was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, even going as far as insulting the customer and kicking them out, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service is terrible. There is no respect or professionalism at all. I do not recommend this place. There are many other shops that actually respect their customers and do the work requested without deception.

My dad has taken my truck here since he bought it brand new in 05 an now I take it here for any type of maintenance or repair whether it’s a Cv boot , break job , mounting and high speed balancing my new tires an alignment. Torsion keys, u joints . I don’t trust anyone else to work on my truck ! Andy and his sons are amazing , trustworthy a fair . Wouldn’t recommend any other place specially for my big truck people

If, by some chance, you came here looking to make friends with Andy or his kids, you’ve come to the wrong place. On the other hand—if you’re here to get some work done on your truck, whether it’s an alignment or whatever else—believe me, this is the spot. I guarantee you, they are the best in this town at doing this shit.

Everyone at the shop was very nice, and honest. I two very comfortable with their work and prices. Thank you for fast and reliable service!
