THEY BLEW UP MY SISTER CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister brought her car to this shop on the afternoon of Monday, July 6, and picked it up at 5:00 PM after the repairs were completed. Less than 24 hours later, at approximately 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7, her vehicle suddenly burst into flames in front of her home while my younger sister was still inside. By the grace of God, they both made it out alive. Before bringing the vehicle here, the only issue my sister was experiencing was an overheating problem. She also asked the mechanic, Solana, if they could add power steering fluid while the car was being serviced. The shop replaced the water hose, added the power steering fluid, and returned the vehicle. Her 2014 Chevy Traverse had no other known mechanical issues. On July 8, we returned to the shop to inform them that the vehicle had caught fire. Instead of showing genuine concern for what had happened, the manager and owner, Able, seemed more concerned with protecting himself. He immediately stated that he would not compensate my sister—not even refund the $220 she paid for the labor and parts. The complete lack of accountability after a vehicle caught fire less than a day after leaving their shop is beyond disappointing. Because of this, we are now forced to pursue legal action, adding even more stress to an already devastating situation. My sister lost her vehicle, and we nearly lost her life and my younger sister's life as well. Based on our experience, this business appears to care more about protecting its profits than taking responsibility for its customers' safety. We are sharing our story so others can be aware before trusting this shop with their vehicles.

My sister's car caught fire and exploded less than 24 hours after receiving service from this establishment. When we returned to speak with the manager, Able, we were told that because the vehicle did not technically catch fire on his property, he believed the shop was not responsible. According to him, the explosion had nothing to do with the repairs performed just one day earlier. What makes this even more heartbreaking is where and how it happened. The vehicle erupted into flames in front of our home, inside our gated community, surrounded by neighbors. My 18-year-old sister had just parked the car, and she and my 10-year-old sister were only steps away from it—barely two minutes after turning the engine off. We are beyond grateful that they survived, because this could have easily become a tragedy that claimed two young lives. Instead of showing concern or accepting any responsibility, the manager refused to even reimburse my sister for the $220 she paid in labor. She wasn't demanding the value of the vehicle or the cost of the parts. She simply asked for the labor she had already paid for after losing the very first car she had worked so hard to buy. No amount of money can replace a human life. Businesses make mistakes, but how they respond when something catastrophic happens says everything about their character. In our experience, there was no accountability, no compassion, and no willingness to help after an incident that could have ended in unimaginable loss. If you value your vehicle and, more importantly, the safety of yourself and your loved ones, I strongly encourage you to think carefully before trusting this establishment with your car. Our family's experience has been devastating, and we would never want another family to endure the fear, financial loss, and emotional trauma that we have experienced. keep in mind the car was over there to get the water hose fixed because it was overheating and he just put in a little bit of power steering fluid into the place. It was needed to be. The car has overheated before and never had black smoke never blew up. My own personal vehicle has had a broken radiator broken thermostat overheated on the side of the road while I was driving it and it’s never blew up. However, the moment this person touched the car 24 hours later, the car blows up and you can’t even compensate an 18 year-old $220 for labor that blew up worth $5000 car. This business is not need to be operating putting families, people and cars at risk, especially if there is no empathy to be shown afterwards any remorse any compassion

Our RV broke down we were towed here. Wow was this a blessing for us. He repaired it. It broke down again we had it towed back again we are very happy we chose this again well it broke down again this time he got it towed to his shop and did not charge us for that. Ended up needing a new motor which the cost was very reasonable. We picked up and battery light came on he said bring back immediately. Well he put in new alternator did not charge us which we were willing to pay as this service had not been included in any of our costs. What a blessing to us. If you want your vehicle taken care of at an honest place this is the place to go. Yes we went back a few times but our vehicle had been out of service for a couple years so if you do not use your vehicle causes a lot of problems. This place is the best 5 stars is not enough. This place was always kind and nice to us something you do not find in this world today. Thank you for all your care and kindness

What is it they aren't good at? These guys tell it how it is. They tell you they will call you back they do. Told me my situation and the set price. No haggling prices or switching the story on me. Straight and true. And the prices they charge are so reasonable. And they got the job done within 2 hours of it there. I had a catalytic converter cut to fit back up into the attachment under the car. Cleaned and checked to see if it was good all I'm that time. Amazing work guys.

Native Texan here. I had an issue with the belt tensioner while traveling through Everglades National park in an old Dodge van. I thought I would have to get it towed. I called around the homestead area and most places couldn’t take a look at the problem for a day or so. Then I called this place and told them what was going on. They said they’d be able to help the same day and to bring it by. I drove slow through park to homestead. I picked up a new tensioner from Autozone and stopped in the shop. I speak Spanish so communication wasn’t a problem. I got a flat cash rate and was back on the road in about a half hour. Overall I was incredibly pleased and thankful. If I lived in the area I would likely frequent this mechanic shop.
