I was kept waiting for 75 minutes . When I askt I was told that I sold wait for another hour. I asked for my key and left. .I hd a 12.15 appmt. I got there at 1145am .however everyone was polite...but no mechanic to serve cars..very disappointing. I went to Jefferson lube.they took care of on arrivall...cheaper security also.
