Alberto and his team did a fantastic job painting my 2013 Silverado. They went above and beyond by refining the plastic pieces and the headlights. I'm also having them paint my 2017 Mustang. I dropped it off as I picked up my truck. I picked up the Mustang about 5 weeks later, due to length of time, they went above and beyond again and did a full detail job inside. I came to Rubio Auto Body after getting three estimates (they were the mid-range quote) and ultimately chose them bc of their stellar Google reviews. Their service certainly matched what others had to say: 1) They were friendly and informative from the jump: Jesus greeted me with a smile right out of the gate, was extremely laid back, and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was at a place where they were trying to squeeze me (like the place around the corner who shall remain nameless). 2) Their quote was very fair and affordable: I informed them I would be paying out of pocket for my trunk damage after ramming into a telephone pole late one night, and they didn't tack on for extra unnecessary things. 3) Their paint matching expertise is what sets them apart: Jesus took me into their paint matching room and showed me how their state-of-the-art technology matches to the dealership color codes. The result was an exact Kia “gravity grey” finish! Other places around Homestead don't do this, so don’t just go with your lowest quote or you may be seeing paint peels or color fading overtime. Rubio guarantees this won’t happen. 4) The repair “turn around” time was impressive: They worked with me and stayed in contact every day so that I didn't have to waste money on a car rental for work commutes. Repair took three days in total; but, with a small deposit, I only needed to bring my vehicle in for one business day. - Day 1 was ordering the part from dealer. - Day 2 was painting and drying. - Day 3 was the only day I had to leave my Kia Sportage off. Dropped off at 9am & they called me 15 minutes before closing at 6pm. You just can't beat this convenience!! If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and highly skilled local auto body work in Homestead, Rubio Auto Body is the place to go, hands down. They are 100% my new go-to place for collision repair now *god forbid* and I will definitely be driving drive down here when I move up to FTL soon. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants show room quality results and great customer service!
