I dropped off the car on Friday, picked it up Monday evening, and I couldn't be happier! Not only are they quick but great at what they do. I jackknifed my trailer into my Tiguan, it was dark and the trailer being black I didn't see how close the trailer was getting. In the pictures you'll see some yellow tape, that's there because I perforated the panel with the corner of the trailer. The following day I set out to find a body shop that could fix my mistake. N&P was the second shop I visited and while they we're a bit higher than the third option, Poncho was really nice and explained the work had lifetime warranty. Also he guaranteed my car was going to be done much quicker than what the 3rd option told me. Paying the costs out of pocket and not going through insurance, speed was ideal so that I wouldn't be out of a car for many days. The first place I went to told me they had to replace the whole quarter panel and charge me $4500. If your damage is around what my Tiguan suffered or even worse, come by N&P and see what they can do for you, it might be low enough where you end up paying it out of pocket to avoid your insurance from going up. As a recent transplant to the Homestead area, I found myself in a tough spot earlier this year after a car accident...new state, unfamiliar city, and in urgent need of bodywork. I had. Fender bumper and was referred to N&P Bodyshop by my car dealer. The first contact with the owner Poncho gave me the assurance I was at a place where they would do everything to do an excellent job. Aleida who runs the office was very helpful, in confirming my insurance company’s approval. She and Maria were always ready to provide updates, call back and ensure you had the latest updates on the work. Freddy who runs the workplace was a pleasure to deal with, polite, accommodating and great in communicating the ins and outs of the work. Everyone displayed an attitude that it is their privilege to serve. They’ve done a good job restoring my vehicle and also made true on their guarantee for follow up service.
