I dealt with two service advisors today. One was wonderful, Frandy Hernandez and the other, Emanuel Burgos, was terrible. I wish I could rate them separately because I would give Frandy five stars and that other guy zero. To sum it up, Emanuel was the most unhelpful and uncompassionate service advisor I’ve ever had. Not only did he do ZERO to address my concerns but he flat out lied by saying there were no loaner cars available that day and even if there were any, he couldnt give me one even though the problem I brought my Bronco in for is under warranty and would take days to fix. Thank God Robert from Collision saved the day by *MAGICALLY* making a loaner car appear and Frandy THANKFULLY took over as my service advisor… very friendly, professional and helpful. ASK FOR HIM ONLY if you ever need to take in your car for service.

Took my f150 to get the door code. They said $135. They told my they couldn’t do it because the radio Best Buy installed was done poorly and 2 wires were shoved into the diagnostic plug and they didn’t want to touch it. They even told me they tried pulling the wires out. When I took it to Best Buy, they simply plugged out the insert from the diagnostic slot. They showed it to me and it was installed properly. The mechanic at Lorenzo ford had no idea what he was talking about. I will never take my vehicle there.

As I exercised patience before I was serviced, the staff communicated effectively and asked all necessary questions to my needs. They all worked as a team to ensure all needs were met for all customers in a timely manner. Special Thanks to Adrian and Frank for going above and beyond to assist with providing exactly what I needed at a affordable price.
View on GoogleI've called these people twice over the past three months to get some service done on my Mustang Mach E, but they never get back to you. Extremely unprofessional. They get all your info over the phone, then tell you they'll call you back within 24 hrs to confirm but that's about it. It's nearly impossible to find a decent Ford dealership in this town. No more Fords for me.
