Horrible horrible customer service slick attitude but then again everyone on the phone thinks they are superman guy love to price gouge did the same work for a friend in a hyundai for 100 bucks wanted 120 to adjust just the rear toe on my bmw lol when Firestone chagered me 130 for all 4 wheel alignment

I have taken all my cars there throughout the years. This time it was a little different. I dropped off my car at 930 am and called at 4 pm to see if my car was ready for pick up the guy answered the phone said no and hung up. Naw not taking it there again gonna try my luck somewhere else. Customer service is a good thing to have when you own a business.
