My brother scheduled an appointment to fix an oil leak & dropped his car off at 7 AM. They kept it ALL DAY until around 6 PM, then called to say they never even touched it cus they had too many other cars. They told him to bring it back the next day. So he does. Drops it off again at 7 AM. After wasting ANOTHER full day, they call around 4:30–5 PM to say they can’t fix it cus the underside of the car is too dirty. That excuse makes zero sense. Since when does a dirty underside prevent fixing an oil leak? If that was actually an issue, it should’ve been mentioned the first day, not after holding the car hostage for two full days. This is pure laziness & poor management. To make it worse, when we came to pick the car up for the last time, I personally saw a mechanic pull a Miller Lite out of their workstation and hand it to a customer. Alcohol being passed around in a mechanic bay is wildly unprofessional & raises serious safety concerns. Between the constant excuses, wasted time, & questionable behavior in the shop, this place has zero accountability. If you don’t want to do the work, say that upfront instead of stringing customers along & making them lose days for nothing. Do NOT recommend.

But overall happy with the service and thank the boys in the front for being on point and looking out. Good luck to the boss with his film career. Call me if you need those shipping containers.
