22 years ago , I contracted them to work on my 1989 Lamborghini replica, brought all the parts to them, Steve quotes me $3.000 , next thing I know my billl is now $10.000, I pay my balance drive off and all my radiator hoses explode all over my car. They used see threw plastic hoses on a high performance V-8, so I tow it back to them, they fix it and want me to pay them an additional $349.00 , Of course I said, No way! I go pick up my car , walk in, say hello, my keys are in the car and I leave. Steve drives by my house threatening me, I follow him to 7-11 while on the phone with the police, Steve hands a card over to the police officer that said, Burglary and armed robbery with a firearm. They said, I entered the office with a gun to steal my own car! Long story short, arrested and facing 10 years in prison, I hire an attorney , We head to trial and none of the liars at Russell Automotive show up! Not even their attorney!!! Case dismissed! Beware customers, these people are pure evil. They are liars, thieves and cheats.

They are liers they charged for collant 40.00 dlls and it had nothing, was empty and they replace our water pump which was new and charged $750 to do and it was not needed and said they changed the chains and was not changed there is a noise because the chain was not changed there was another charge that was done nothing. So they are putting you in danger and stealing your money. Be careful it’s the worst mechanic place i ever never expected so much líes

As soon I parked my car, I was greeted immediately by a friendly mechanic who was inspecting a car outside. The receptionist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast with paperwork, it is amazing there was no waiting time at all. I had my back window fixed because it wouldn't go up and down. When it was time to pick it up, Tim was very accommodating with me and my questions were all answered giving me a peace of mind. The charge was very reasonable in comparison to other repair shops out there. On my way out, I had a great chat with Mr. Russell who was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Fast forward, it has been 10 months and I finally got to write a review to let you know, I truly found a great and reliable Auto repair shop where I will be taking my cars for anything and everything from now on. I AM 100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER with my experience with Russell Automotive! Keep up the great work and Thank you for a job well done!

View on GoogleI repeat do not come here ! I originally took my 08 Lexus ES350 for Valve covers gaskets to be done. Since the old leaked oil and the smell was getting into the cabin. Several days later the smell came back, and sure enough it was the rear valve cover. This is a V6 motor and not easy task to get the rear valve cover. Spent a good amount of money with them. This is the final straw and will be taking my car somewhere else for service. There’s auto repair shops around here who are better. Just look them up ! Believe the reviews !
