A refreshing change to vehicle service for sure. My advisor Luis Torres was extremely professional and courteous. Kept me informed of every step. I was not able to pick my vehicle up before closing and they delivered it to my house. 5* service. Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleI used to think Quick Lane Auto Center in Apopka was the only decent part of Mullinax Ford, but I was wrong. When I bought my car, I told the dealer what I could afford monthly. They pushed a slightly higher payment by including a “free” oil and filter package for 5 years or 50,000 miles...whichever came first. Today I show up and they tell me the package has expired, even though my car hasn’t even hit 32,000 miles and it won’t be five years until August. When I mentioned the 5 years or 50,000 miles, the employee just said, “Yeah, I know, but they also have a limit on how many services you can get,”....something no one ever mentioned when I bought the car. Just another lie on top of many since day one. I’ll never come back here, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Want a Ford? Go to the Sanford location off I-4. They actually know how to treat customers.

View on GoogleGot my company vehicle for service, first person I saw in the parking lot was really friendly and welcoming, however he was busy with someone else, once step inside Elizabeth was rude and not polite or friendly at all, was my first time and last coming to this place, also was planning too look for a personal pick up truck while they service the company vehicl, but just because her actitud, I'm going somewhere else.
