I had an excellent experience at this auto shop today, and I can’t say enough good things about , JD, and Steve. From the moment I walked in, they assisted me right away and provided truly exceptional customer service. They were honest, genuine, and very transparent about my concerns regarding my bumper. JD took care of me from the very beginning, listening carefully, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When I handed over my keys, I mentioned that they weren’t working properly and that I had to take it to Toyota. He went ahead and fixed that as well, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the honesty. JD explained upfront that if the issue required an estimate, we could talk through it but if it was something simple, he could just take care of it. That’s exactly what he did. No pressure, no upselling, no runaround. My car had previously been “fixed” by my insurance company’s vendor, and unfortunately, they did a poor job. JD confirmed that the work done before wasn’t up to standard, and I was relieved that JD and Steve were able to correct the issue without nickel-and-diming me for unnecessary parts or inflated estimates. Instead of pushing me back through insurance, they did a quick, honest fix , which turned out to be all that was needed. As a woman, it can be intimidating bringing your car into a repair shop, but JD and Steve made me feel completely welcome, respected, and comfortable. I never felt like a money gimmick or that I was being taken advantage of. Moving forward, if I ever have another fender bender or car issue, I will absolutely be coming back here.
