It's obvious why this place has been in business since the 70s. Men of few words but excellent customer service. In fact, the best in their field. Amazing & affordable prices. Honest, high quality, professional and fast working. Other places that I've been to, such as Advanced Auto Parts and Autozone, are a joke compared to these guys. I have found my new home for all of my auto battery and electrical needs.

I have a small business in Clermont where we sell used scissor lifts and all types of other electrical equipment. I was referred to your business by a friend who mentioned your pricing was right and yall did a good job for him and since that referral I’ve been looking forward to checking your business out. I walked in this morning with my wife because I needed several batteries… one pair of 12V for a Ballymore PLD Plus Portable Loading Dock, Eight group 921 12V deep cycle batteries for a Blast Pro BRB3100, Two 12V Deep Cycle batteries for a MEC Micro 19, and also wanted to get pricing on Eight 6V Group 902/903 12V Deep Cycle Batteries for a JLG 4069LE Electric Scissor Lift that I need to buy before February 20th but the 12v I would have bought today. I was asking the guy at the counter some questions and he seemed thrilled that we were there… almost like I was bothering him for asking him questions. He told me there was only one type of 12V deep cycle battery and seemed bothered that I asked him for pricing. “Expensive” was his reply and then he looked in a book and said $215 almost as if we wouldn’t be able to afford it. Im sure that’s NOT what he was thinking really. I’m a small business so I like to shop small when we can. It just made us feel really bad and confused. I’m not part of the club I guess. I don’t think I’ve had a year in the last 5 years where we didn’t buy 50 plus batteries a year and I give a lot of my business to batteries plus, advantage, and some other companies but because we buy so many batteries my friend referred us. I’m sure you all do fine without our business but just wanted to let you know had the tall guy treated us differently I would have liked to buy several batteries today, we had the cores in the truck. I’m sorry to even feel like I have to write this review and I'm sure he wasnt treating us that way on purpose and maybe he is even the owner who knows but if that’s the case then I have nothing more to say because it won’t matter anyway. I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews really but I also know reviews help make us all better.

MOMS with KIDS go here and call for service they will come out to you. This place is awesome, used 2x since Oct 2020, truck Ford F-150 was slow to crank, new it needed a battery or charge, when hubby went there he bought a batter terminal and got a new batter. When he drive off he realized he only paid for the terminal, he called back tried to pay and the guy said no it’s under warranty free swap, well ok that was super nice we had forgot how long we had the battery 2nd time other truck so slow to crank and the lights flickered drive there called, because of kids in car they came right out tested, it was fried so we got a new one, very accommodating. A lifelong customer here, thank you Millikan.

I called this company at 8:30 a.m. and I spoke with the owner. I explained everything to him and he was fantastic. I decided to buy 6 new batteries for my golf cart and he said that the tech would be at my house at 2:30 at 2:25 Eddie the service tech showed up. He was dressed nicely, ver polite and he did a fantastic job. He told me if I have any questions just to call them. I'm used to being advantage of being a older female. Everyone was super nice. I highly recommend using them for any of your needs. Thanks again for a job well done. God bless y'all

Eddie is an amazing person always takes care of your battery needs. Nice gentleman great customer service with him. Calling into the office is always a quick response. Coming out to your location if you're within the area that they service. Definitely would recommend using this company, have been for years.
