I had my vehicle towed to Forts as they said they could take care of whatever the issue was. I recieved a call stating that it needed injectors. This call was followed by another call a day or 2 later stating that the engine was toast and they would be unable to repair the vehicle. At this point it has cost me a tow and I had a truck still not working and needing to go to a different shop. I get a wrecker to Forts and the driver notices that the catalytic converter had been cut out sometime the same day as the cut marks had not rust what so ever. When I called Mr. Fort he blew me off stating since it only happened to mine he didn't believe it was done there . He offered no help and could careless about a vehicle that sat with him for a week which if it had come in missing the cuts wouldn't have been fresh. I would seriously think twice about taking your vehicle to a dishonest person such as Mr. Fort. I have the pictures to back up my claims.

Forts auto has been taking care of my vehicles for 20 plus years. I would highly reccomend this business! And im not sure why someone said they have no AC!? The shop has AC and they are more than accommodating to their customer's.
View on GoogleAdam Ritter, you've evidently never been there Of course there's no air conditioner in the shop area and customers are not allowed in that area. The air is in the office where the waiting area is. Do you always judge things by their looks? We don't over charge people as some of the shops do so theres not mich left over to fancy up the place. There's a lot to be said for honest good work. You should definently keep driving man.
View on GoogleCustomers beware, check your parts prices! They are very fair on labor cost, but they make more than their labor charge by overcharging for parts. I took my dad up there to pick up his truck today. The old man (the owner i think), was trying to over charge my dad about $100 per injector (this is about a 50% over what ford sells them for). When I questioned him about it he got extremely defensive, to the point of trying to physically fight me! I called ford on speaker phone to prove the injectors were not as much as he claimed. I asked if he had his receipt, he said he didn't have it there (in his office that is piled with receipts). He did take $232 off the bill, so that partially made up for the about $800 he made off the parts.
