No BS, I called them told them I needed a replacement tire for my girlfriend's car, (I wanted to replace the donut with a full size spare including the rim obviously) after talking to two other local tire shops, One quoted me lower price but then I showed up after they told me they definitely had dozens of that size, and then I got there and of course after waiting 20 minutes they told me they actually didn't have that size... Also, am 3 other shops that told me I needed to bring my vehicle in physically which makes no sense (because if you bring the tire in they should easily be able to tell what size everything is) Best Tires and Rims told me come in and bring the wheel and we'll take care of it, I was in and out in like 5 minutes flat. Add a tow to the only place in a 50 mile radius with the exact tire I needed last minute right before closing got it situated. Got it done even give me a discount on the lock not lock and on the 10th would come here again highly recommend !!!
