I meant to leave this review sooner, but better late than never because this company truly deserves ALL the praise. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. They were quick, intentional, and genuinely willing to do whatever they could to help get the issue resolved. The quality of work on my car was absolutely beautiful—my car looks incredible, and I am beyond grateful. What stood out even more than the excellent work was the heart behind the business. This is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-filled company that operates with honesty, integrity, and excellence. I could truly feel the presence of God when I walked in. Being able to talk with the owners and see their love, dedication, and care—not just for the business but for people—meant so much to me. I cannot say enough good things about AXK Collision Center on Park Avenue! I stopped in out of the blue to get an estimate on some scratches and scuffs on my wife's car, expecting a lengthy, costly process. Instead, I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. ​From the moment I walked into their exceptionally clean office, I was graciously greeted by Veronica. She brought in her husband and co-owner, Armando, to take a look at the vehicle. After evaluating it, Armando asked for the keys and took the car around back himself. Just 10 minutes later, he brought the car back out and every single scratch was completely gone—it looked beautiful! ​When I tried to pay him for his time and excellent work, he absolutely refused to take my money. It is rare to find a local, family-owned business with this level of honesty, integrity, and genuine kindness. ​If you need any collision or bodywork done, please do yourself a favor and patronize this fantastic business. My experience with this auto body shop was amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Wanted something different as always and asked for a matte color to resemble vinyl wrap. Did not disappoint. Was beyond happy with the paint, and as always, since it replicated a wrap, I always got asked if it was a wrap.

From the very beginning, Ms. Veronica was very patient explaining everything to me after I told her my situation. She answered all my questions even though they don't have my car yet. And after our conversation, I knew I wasn't going to call any other auto shop. This is the one, I knew it. The entire process was quick, organized and easy to understand. And the day I picked up my car, I was so happy coz her husband made sure to do one little detail that truly made it special. Some people will just go above and beyond even with little things because they knew it's important to their clients. This is truly appreciated! The work they did was great.
