Awesome place. They got me in earlier than expected and I was done in 1.5 hours or so. Only costs me 13.00 since I had previously purchased tires thru them 5 months ago or less. I needed an alignment as soon as possible. Today I walked in at the Town Fair Tire in Norwalk, explaining didn’t have the chance to make an appointment. The employee Leighton was the one who spoke with me, he was very professional, polite and did accommodate my request for the service. I really recommend this place! (Even if he said no I would understand, because he was very polite)

Let's start with the fact that Leighton and Joe were the only 2 at the front. When I walked into the store they were packed they both went above and beyond to make sure that everyone who was in there knew that they were going to be taken care of. Everyone that was there was very pleased with the service that they provided. They even made sure that as soon as the cars were down they would call out their name and or called them on their phone to know that their car was done. I was in and out that day and was so surprised. This is my go to spot whenever I need anything related to tires on my car or wheel barrel. They have the best prices around and Lou the head of the back made sure my cars are always taken care of. Make sure to come here when you want it done right the first time and the best prices.

Driving to NYC from West Hartford and got a flat tire on the highway. Because it was Saturday multiple repair shops weren’t answering or open. Called townfair in case the tire needed to be replaced and Steve was extremely helpful. After explaining our situation and it being a packed day for Town Fair he did his best to squeeze us in before they closed at 4pm on the holiday weekend. Bottom line the tire was repairable and we were on our way fast, but I feel like Steve went out of his way to help fit us in, and I appreciate how friendly professional and helpful the whole process was as we could have been stuck towing all the way to WH, and waiting hours for that given the holiday weekend. Thanks Steve!
