The team is super friendly – they greet you with genuine smiles, listen to your needs, and make you feel like a valued customer right from the start. They work extremely fast and efficiently. Everything was done professionally and with attention to detail. And the price point? Amazing! Fair, honest pricing with no hidden fees or upsells. Couldn’t get any better. Best tire place in ct!!! Tim and his crew are truly the best. Amazing customer service. Very friendly. Best prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tires or mechanical work done. Adam is one of the best mechanics I’ve had. I only trust curries.

I'm a newbie at Currie Tires. I met Tim for the first time to discuss finding a set of oddball sized (extremely hard to find) DOT approved tires for a 1995 Kei Truck that I recently imported from Japan. My truck won't pass CT inspection without them! He miraculously found them IMMEDIATELY and gave me a very reasonable price to replace them... and FAST! Tim also managed to find a set of larger replacement "BLING" wheels and tires that are compatible with my little truck. These are also EXTREMELY difficult if not IMPOSSIBLE to try and order yourself out in cyberspace without MAJOR potential fitment issues! SOOO... Of course... I ordered those too! :-) I am... from here onwards... a dedicated Currie Tires customer... Amen

I have been coming to Curries in Norwalk for years. I have bought sets of tires for multiple vehicles in the past and have always been satisfied with their prices as well as their services. I recently had to go in due to a slow leak on one of my tires three weeks after purchasing four tires and they took very good care of me and plugged my tire for FREE. I love Curries and I will always highly recommend.

I’ve been to Curries about three times now, and while the staff has generally been friendly and helpful, I’ve unfortunately had a couple of frustrating experiences with miscommunication around pricing and services. The first time was related to a set of tires I purchased and the warranty that came with them. I had an issue with the new tires after a couple of months; I went back, and for some odd reason, didn’t receive the warranty. Ultimately, what I understood at the time of purchase wasn’t honored as I expected, which was disappointing. More recently, I had another situation where I was told one thing over the phone about what would be included with my service, but after the service was completed, I was told something different and was charged for something I believed would be complimentary. I explained what I had been told, but Danielle (I believe) just apologized, said it was a miscommunication, and that I owed a certain amount, so I just paid and left feeling a bit frustrated. I understand that miscommunication can happen, but having it occur more than once has made the experience disappointing overall. I do think the staff means well, but clearer communication about pricing and what’s included with services would go a long way. My suggestion to other customers is to confirm details in advance and, if possible, get pricing or service information in writing so there are no surprises. TWO stars for the employees and promptness of service.
