Chris did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of rims and tires for my Genesis. Very pleasant but more importantly, knowledgeable. I trusted his advice and purchased the perfect set for my car. The other staff members were pleasant and helpful as well. I felt valued as a customer. Will definitely continue service here.

I was completely unaware that my tires were in such poor condition until my neighbor brought it to my attention. He immediately recommended BRANDON and told me, “he’s the man you want to call.” After meeting him within the hour, I quickly understood why. BRANDON is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful and I never felt pressured or upsold - as a woman who knows very little about car maintenance. But most importantly, I left knowing that my family, the children I care for, and their friends (carpooling) are all safer on the road now. The bonus? Not getting taken advantage of - the deal was excellent and the money I saved can go towards doing things with the kids and groceries. There is a reason people seek this man out and recommend him by word of mouth. I am incredibly grateful for his help today and would recommend him to everyone.

I’ve had very different experiences between locations, so I feel it’s important to share both. My experience at the Town Fair Tire Southport location left a lot to be desired. While they did take me in quickly, the follow-through was lacking. I was spoken to in a way that felt dismissive, with unnecessary “mansplaining” around a Fleet account. More importantly, they initially missed a nail in my tire (the main reason for my visit) because only one tire was checked. I had to return and point it out myself—essentially doing the due diligence I expect from a professional service provider. On the other hand, the Town Fair Tire Norwalk Main Ave location has consistently delivered an excellent experience. Whether it’s myself or my fleet vehicles, we are always: - Greeted right away - Clearly walked through the process - Given proper expectations from start to finish The team there is professional, efficient, and genuinely accommodating. The atmosphere is also a plus—good music, a bright and comfortable waiting area, and a team that seems to take pride in what they do. If you’re choosing between locations, Norwalk is the one I confidently recommend.
