These guys are fantastic. Better than a good price and did a great job restoring our car. We are very happy with our experience and my entire family will be going to them from now on. I can't recommend them more.

As a Imported Cars Of Darien in Norwalk, Ct customer, I want to express my experience with this auto repair shop: I took my car in to have a problem checked with the engine, which was shaking due to a problem in cylinder number one. The mechanic, named Rafael, called me the next day informing me that the engine had good compression, and that what they found was a defective fuel injector and carbon buildup in the cylinder. He gave me a list of repairs they were going to perform: 1. Replacement of the defective injector. 2. Cleaning of the carbon buildup in the cylinder and valves. They gave me the cost for all the repairs, and I gave my consent for them to proceed. The next day, another mechanic named Tony called me and informed me that the previous day's diagnosis was incorrect because the cylinder was full of gasoline and the compression test was actually correct. He said the real problem was that the cylinder was cracked and that there was no fix unless the entire engine was replaced at a total cost of $6,831. Seeing the cost and the diagnosis I received from Rafael, I was willing to pay the cost for the initial diagnosis since I didn't want to replace the entire engine. To my surprise, Tony handed me a total bill of $487.00, telling me that they had replaced the bad injector. In my experience, this is the first time this has happened to me. I only went to this repair shop because a friend recommended it. This is the first and last time I will go there, since I'm not a mechanic, but my impression is that this shop works by guessing at engine problems like the one I had. Reading other user reviews, I clearly see that this shop is good at fixing general damage but not problems like the one I'm experiencing with my car. The moral of the story is that I took my car in to be fixed, and after paying $487, I picked up my car with the same problem. I asked if I can only pay for the diagnostic, I was told that the fuel injector was installed with no positive repairing the issue. I will proceed with a better business bureau in Connecticut and see if the service I received is in the correct order or not. Send feedback

I have a 2020 jeep wrangler and have had multiple issues with it. I have now taken my car to Imported Cars of Darien 3 times and they were able to diagnose, repair and replace parts within the same day each time. We will be using them for all our maintenance in the future. Kind staff and fair prices!
