Brought my car in for overheating issues and rough vibrations. Correctly identified the issues and repaired in a very timely manner. Feels like a new car now! Great customer service and fair prices. The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because I stated the car needed an oil change and I never received one. Slight oversight because of the scope of repairs needed, I'm sure. Nonetheless, thank you Precision Auto!

I have been taking my MINI Coops here for quite a few years now. And when my last cooper seemed to be a never ending nightmare, rather than the owner, Carlos, being greedy and telling me to continue to pour money into this vehicle, he told me the truth. And that is something I will never forget. Now I am in a safe & reliable, bigger and bettee, non-issue MINI Countryman because precision auto care was actually honest with me unlike other mechanic shops I have been to (Niello MINI, sadly, being one of them). So I'd like to thank Carlos and his outstanding team of mechanics and to the super sweet office ladies who not only remember you by your car, but they also remember you by your name. Thank you all for actually caring about each and every one of your clients... It has gone a long way with a lot of people! 🙏

I have been looking for some time now, called multiple places that can get all my car's concern done, looked for great reviews and reasonable pricing but have a hard time still. Found Precision Auto Care and boy that was it! Had the appointment and my car was done exactly the time that they promised. They have a thorough check on your car and will let you know everything which is a huge plus. I am looking forward to have my business with them. I can finally say I found the right car auto care shop for me.
