I had a great experience here. My car was completely immobilized, and I wasn't sure if it was a major electrical failure or just a key issue. The team quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it by providing and programming new keys. They were honest about the cost and worked efficiently to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them for any complex electronic or key-related issues!

I love A1 Auto Repair. I take my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek for almost everything. I’ve been going to them for about 6 years now. I get my routine maintenance done. I recently replaced my front brakes and axle. All the guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. As a female I feel very comfortable with them.

I recently went to this shop for different services on different cars. They quickly put me in their schedules. They explained well what they were going to do to find and fix the problem and the possible costs. Very accommodating, efficient, patient, and transparent. I can tell that guys working there know what they do and like what they do. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE SUBARUS HERE- My experience was I took it in for a brake test and a small off and on sound. I was starting a new job so I wanted to check up on it. They found $892 worth of issues. It's an older car so I had no issue with this. I got the car back after their working hours and immediately the AC wasn't working. I drove it back home with the intention of taking it in on my next day off. I started driving it to work and the AC was working, but 15 min into my drive the car is in the RED overheating. My car thermometer has NEVER moved prior to me getting work done on it here. I limped it to a mechanic in Auburn, and they are said that it may be an issue with the water pump and now the head gaskets are leaking really bad ( they also said that the AC may not have worked if it is overheating like that). The cost being $3,600+. I have had no leaks in my driveway and never had an issue with overheating before taking it in. What they fixed is connected to the water pump and they mentioned no overheating/ head gasket issues in the diagnosis. I have never had these issue... I take it to their shop.... I drive less than 75 miles on it and now it is un-drivable. I called expressing my concern but they denied any potential issue (I understand things happen and faulty parts exist but saying there is no chance is crazy), claimed the test drove it (even though I was immediately having issues), and said they can take a look at it if I tow it there ( they have denied all responsibility so why would I pay a tow to a mechanic I don't trust to fix an issue they may have created). My Subaru is over 20 year old so I know it was never going to last me forever, but it feels like they had me pay $892 for them to total my car. Just my experience. Good luck.

A1 Auto is the best in town! They were able to help me get the right part I needed for my AC. They were able to find the correct AC hose for my vehicle! They truly went above and beyond to make sure my AC got fixed. It was not easy to find the part, that’s for sure. I am very grateful for the whole team! Their lobby was very clean and spacious. I love that they were able to get me in an hour before they closed! They got my car in and out within 20 mins! I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other issues. A1 is the BEST! I cannot thank them enough for all their hardworking employees.
