I was traveling on I-5 when my truck broke down. Had to wait about 4 hours for a tow. Roadside assist ended up calling the CHP to arrange a tow service as all the contracted ones were "busy". At least the tow truck driver took my truck to this shop and dropped me off at a hotel. They repaired my truck quickly. The owner even let me use his truck to get lunch and the parts for my truck.

Our sprinter van broke down late on a Monday evening, and they welcomed us in at 6pm—well after most shops would have turned us away. They treated us like family, took the time to understand what was going on, and got us back on the road quickly and safely. In a stressful moment, they brought us genuine care and support. Highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, compassionate auto service!

After a thorough inspection, they determined the issue was related to the car’s computer system…something only the dealership could properly address. What really stood out was how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or charge for work they couldn’t do. Instead, they clearly explained the problem, walked me through the next steps, and even offered to share their diagnostic notes to make things easier with the dealership. It’s rare to find a shop that values transparency and customer service this much. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any future maintenance or repairs.
View on GoogleGreat work done for the brake service that was done on my car. Usually when shops see the brand of my car they try to charge me an arm and a leg. This shop diagnosed my brakes and inform me to buy the parts and they would happily install them for me. They charged me a great price and did the work quick and effectively. Great shop, would recommend.
View on GoogleBEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I cannot emphasize enough how shady and predatory this place is from old man Lopez himself. My daughter and I were traveling and started to hear a slight clunking under the driver side tire. I had a suspicion that it was a loose swaybar nut as I installed a lift and I did not hear the clunk on the steering and strut. I told him we’re in the road and did small chat and asked where from and where to and proceeded to say $50 (clearly said FIFTY) then whatever else is wrong. His son did confirm it was a loose swaybar and Mr.Lopez then said it will be $140 plus diagnostics of now $60 so $200 even. I then questioned the diag fee and he said that it was $60. I then said $140 to tighten bolts?! He then replied to as well it’s the time and that no one else will do it around there. I said that’s ok and paid him the $60 and went to Harbor Freight. $30 in tools and 2 minutes later, noise was gone. I urge everyone to use caution if you insist on doing business here. Mr.Lopez should be ashamed.
