We’ve been coming to this tire shop since 2017 and always had great service. Yes they’re always busy. Esta llantera siempre está ocupada tengan paciencia. They’re also open Saturday and Sunday. Great prices as well. Trust me their prices are really good. from growing up in the valley, up to 10 years back moving to Downey area Pico Rivera. Believe me when I say I know good prices. Today’s visit was four brand new tires for my wife’s car and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Great work.Muchas gracias Daniel y Louis Saludos de parte del muchacho de la barba cerrada. The owner Daniel Ortiz doesn’t care about his customers, not even if you’re a long time customer. I have been giving him jobs on my 1997 Toyota Camry since 2018.. I’ve given him 2,000 dollars jobs 6 times over the years. And recently in 2024 I gave him a 3,900 dollar job where he replaced both tire arms, both axles , all 4 springs , all 4 motor mounts, timing belt , water pump and thermostat all in 1 job During these 6 years he never once gave me a receipt , but always required I signed his intake forms that I’m dropping off the vehicle at his location. Because of all these jobs and high maintenance the car should be worth 4,800 dollars. A drunk driver crashed and damaged my car severely in September of 2025 and her insurance company lowballed the evaluation of my car to 1,900 dollars. I asked Daniel for the favor to make me 1 receipt of the big 3,900 dollar job I did with him in 2024 so I could take that receipt to a 3rd party car appraiser so I can get a 4,800 value on my car so I can get a fair total loss payout . He refused to do it. Because he said his accountant didn’t approve . I said if you can’t make a receipt can you have the accountant get the receipts of the jobs I did. I asked him did his accountant have them, and Daniel did acknowledge that his accountant still had them. I even gave Daniel exact dates with an exact description of the jobs that were performed so he and his accountant would do very minimal work to find the receipts.But he and his accountant refused to give me any receipts what’s so ever I regret giving him all my jobs. He didnt appreciate the business I gave him, I drive 5,000 miles a month for work that’s why my car always requires so much maintenance . I probably paid him out $40,000 in jobs over the course of 7 years. The owner Daniel is a greedy person who only cares about himself and his finances , and treats customers poorly . I will be giving these 3,000 dollar jobs to a different mechanic because of the way that he treated me . He cares more about clearing his name in an IRS sitaution that he has no guarantee will even happen than his customers PS: I never told him to write fraudulent and false information on the receipts. I always asked him to be truthful in the receipt on a truthful job i legitimately did at his mechanic shop

tire need it air the guy was there no customer service but I need fix so he put a patch and destroy it because it happened again I took it to Costco where I bought the tires luckily I had insurance .the tire the guy still charged me more that normal still give a tip Just be careful if you go there for the the first time no customer service will charge more no experience on putting Patches for tires and I wonder what else

I took my car to this place to get my car checked out as my car was leaking air from somewhere . And come to see that when it was given back to me they had scratched almost every spoke of the wheel my rim never had that when i had it. And i also know that they did it as i am a tire mounter myself and if the machine does not have protective guards that needs to be maintained to keep the wheel from getting scuffed while rotating it. Then your wheels will get scratched every single time. I told them i want a refund and they refused to give me my money back and told me to wait while other customers where being attended when i was there before them. I dont recommend coming to these guys they wont own up to there mistakes. My tire also did NOT get FIXED its still leaking air and now my wheels are SCRATCHED .From a tire mounter to another they dont do a great job or good customer service theres better places were youll get better service. Save your wheels from getting scratched DONT COME HERE YOUR WHEELS WILL THANK YOU! 0 STARS IF I COULD

I don’t recommend that place , I needed my tires checked because ( was driving on the freeway) and my light was on saying needed something, I headed to that place , and a boy like 15 years old checked and put air only . I gave him a tip. I thought my tires were good but not… No responsable person came to check the work( very simple, but important) . I got the light on again …. So I understood I can’t visit that kind of business when the manager, owner, etc is careless in his job!! Besides , I did not discriminated to anyone against there.! Glad to hear he is an older person. Have a year ! 😁
