Going based on my overall experience, but apparently there are multiple body shops from this company, this is not it's best one, although they completed the job after almost 3 months for small damage, they tend to lie about when the vehicle is ready for pick, due to many reason apparently, but if you're insurance goes through everything with them, the job still takes long at this location. All I can say is you need to be extremely patient with this location. But on a good note, I did have extra damage that wasn't going to get covered, the worker there gave me his word on fixing that small damage at no cost, which I am grateful for and that's a really good impression for future relationship's with customers. Not saying your experience might be like mine so try them out!
