I had a great experience at this German auto shop. Hamid and his team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They replaced my axles and motor mounts, and the car drives smoother than ever. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed on time, and you can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. It’s hard to find a trustworthy shop these days, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable German car service and repairs!

I had a great experience at German Auto Shop Center. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. I went in to have my back light repaired and my timing belt fixed, and when I got my car back, it was running perfectly. Hamid, the owner, was especially helpful throughout the process. I had an excellent experience at German Auto Shop. I originally came in for service and to fix my alternator, and they got my truck running in excellent condition. The service was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. Horrible!!! I paid him $1100.00 just so my car can leave running worse then what I took it in for. And he is saying its gonna cost me more to fix another issue I paid him more then another problem he just keeps adding problems and charging me more money smh! Don't go here!!

FRAUD ALERT - I took my car to get fixed, never happened, instead , my car was towed from this very same location. The owner will put your car outside and collect tickets from the street sweeping. He lost my car to the tow truck because he would never keep it inside the lot (how it’s supposed to). Now he said it’s my fault it got taken away under his custody. Will proceed with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs before taking it to Small Claims court. Owner does not want to admit he messed up bad by leaving it outside and tries to flip it on me. Don’t use this shop. They will break your car and say you need a “new engine” altogether. For all I know he wants to keep my Sporty AuDi and is offering Me an Audi Wagon (almost coordinated) , as replacement— old and beat up loaner for my 2005 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo. No usar, el dueño es fraudulento.
