I’ve been going here for years and Richard is the best. He makes you feel heard and comfortable with what you’re sharing with him. I’ve gone to other mechanics that won’t listen or try to tell me something else is wrong and Richard has never done that. He is reasonably priced and his prices match his detailed work. If you also let him know you’re on a budget and need a lot of things done he will communicate what needs to be done with priority. Also, as a woman sometimes I feel uncomfortable going alone to auto shops but not here! Richard is a gem!

After six years of being a loyal customer, I can confidently say this is the best shop in the area. Richard's expertise is truly unmatched, but it's his exceptional commitment to customer service that sets him apart. Not only did he resolve a complicated starter issue on my 1988 truck that two other mechanics failed to fix, but he once even went out of his way to jump start my car when I was stranded! He resolved the issue on my truck quickly and effectively, proving he is a top-tier mechanic who genuinely cares. Since then, I have trusted Gary's with all my yearly maintenance and oil changes for the past six years. Richard is consistently honest and transparent, making the entire repair process stress-free. I highly recommend Richard and the team at Gary's to anyone needing reliable and expert automotive service.

I didn't want to leave a one star because I haven't gotten my car worked on by this facility yet, but one of the owners of the shop I spoke with is very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I had asked a few questions in regards to my Jeep that he gave me the I needed to hear. The shop itself looked very busy which is good for business. He came recommended from a friend of mine which had his vehicle worked on by this shop. From the looks of it, they work on minor things like oil changes to heavy line (engine over) to possibly electrical. I hope this helps some of y'all.

I take all of our vehicles to Gary's. Depending on what you need it is usually 1 day service. If it's broke he fixes it. If he checks it and it doesn't need to be fixed he will tell you. Richard is knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

Simply put the Michelangelo of car mechanics. You bring a shopping cart on fire and he'll give you back a working vehicle. The prices are honest and fair, and he shows you what's the problem is and the broken part. The best mechanic I ever met.
