I came in to install two tires in a 245/35 size, and they installed a 255/35 and also significantly over inflated them way too high to 45 psi compared to what I told them which was 32 psi, this bulged the tire out too much and that added with the incorrect size. When I took my car to my personal mechanic and they saw the tire was so bulged out it rubbed against my struts assembly and the tire failed within a day. Not only did the tire fail within a day and nearly kill me while out on the road, it damaged my suspension components and I tried calling them and originally they said a refund would be in order however when I followed up with them they changed the story and they maintain they installed the correct size and inflated it to the spec I needed. Not to mention they also forgot my tire valve caps and I only realized when I was home that they removed and didn’t give it back. This shop is wildly dishonest if you care about your car or your personal safety, please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Scam artists. Liars and dishonest. Was told they open at 9. I got here at 8:35 called at 9:15 no answer they finally answered at 9:51 and then proceeded to try to scam me at 10:53am I had called inquiring about a specific tire size and they said they had them available, I told them I only needed two tires. When I got to the place some guy was telling me they don’t sell them in pairs only in full sets which is the opposite of what the person over the phone told me. The reason for this is they saw that I was in dire need and figured they could take advantage of the situation. Do not go there. They are dishonest and looking to take advantage of you.

When I arrived he had the tires I wanted to buy but he wanted more than listed ad price installed even though the ad clearly said installed. I agreed to buy them and have them installed since I drove from far away and he suddenly told me I could not buy them since his install machine was broken. Very strange how he was making so many excuses not to sell them to me at the advertised price. Within 1/2 hour of leaving he marked the tires as sold online. He then posted them for $200 more than the original ad. What a joke. Don't waste your time at this place. 0 stars for this dishonest tire shop. Bait and switch!
