I previously had work done at Santa Clarita Auto Sound, and after they installed my equipment, I ran into issue after issue. Once they got paid, I was treated like a nuisance and basically told it was my problem to deal with. Needless to say, I was incredibly frustrated and didn't know where to turn. Then I found Extreme Auto Sports, and what a difference! Not only did they fix every single issue the other shop left me with, they treated me with genuine respect and provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. They actually listened to my concerns and made time in their busy schedule to help me, even though the problems weren't ones they created. The experience was amazing. My girls absolutely love the amplifier they installed. It feels like a movie theater every time they watch and listen to their shows in the truck now. The bass is incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. If you want a shop with real customer service, that actually listens and stands behind their work, don't hesitate. Worked with Sam to get my catless downpipe 2025 Mustang Ecoboost tuned. Even despite the very little market for tuners for these vehicles on top of the challenge of tuning them. Him and his guys took care of me and my vehicle, and now its sounding better than ever while pushing a lot harder. Great Guys!!

Very happy with the work they did. Would highly recommend. They not only fixed the bad install that I got from (SCV Auto). They custom fit a speaker behind my seat that the other company failed to do. The guys over here know what they are doing and gave me exactly what I was asking for!! Thanks.

Former long-term customer warning Do not go here. I say this as someone who used to be a loyal customer for NINE years and who spent tens of thousands of dollars at Xtreme AutoSports. This shop used to be good. It is not anymore. If you look back at my review history, you’ll see that I originally gave this shop 5 stars in October 2016. Even then, I noted that the work was not done correctly the first time and had to be brought back to be fixed. Unfortunately, that has always been the pattern here—jobs rarely done right the first time and customers expected to return repeatedly to correct mistakes. About four years ago, the problems escalated. I initially excused it due to COVID-related stress. That was a mistake. Almost every visit resulted in a car coming back with new issues. One of my vehicles was rare, and every problem was blamed on that. I eventually took it to a specialist who immediately identified that the engine mounts had been installed incorrectly by Sam, which caused the shaking. Instead of fixing his mistake, Sam tried to sell me a new timing chain. I stopped taking that car there entirely. Then the same issues began with our other vehicles—high-end cars, but nothing exotic. The excuses continued: “Do you know how complicated your car is?” “We don’t have the right tools.” “Bring it back again.” One particularly bad example involved new brakes that squeaked constantly. When I complained, I was told, “Well, what do you expect? You live in a dirty area.” I took the car to the dealer and two other mechanics. All confirmed the same thing: the cheapest brakes had been installed—about $140 worth, yet I was charged $440. When confronted, Sam claimed everyone else was lying. We moved most of our cars elsewhere, but our work trucks were still at this shop. One had a battery that kept draining. Sam kept replacing the battery. Another mechanic quickly identified the real issue: the alarm Sam installed was draining it. This was a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, not a complicated vehicle. I also brought in our sedan for a brake warning light. Unknown to Sam, I had already taken it to the dealer and another mechanic—both confirmed the brakes were fine and the issue was a sensor. Sam still tried to sell me new brakes. The final straw involved my 1995 Chevy Blazer, my first car and my late father’s car. Sam claimed the AC dial was broken and instructed me to order a replacement part from eBay, which I did. While the car and part were in his shop, the part went missing. Over the next month, Sam stopped returning calls entirely. I called nearly every business day. Employees admitted that parts are frequently lost at the shop. Despite giving Sam a formal 14-day period to locate the part, it was never found. Worse, the part sent back to the seller turned out to be a broken part removed from my car, not the one I purchased. Sam denied responsibility and refused reimbursement. To add insult to injury, the AC still wasn’t fixed, and I had to pay another mechanic to repair it properly. I filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. When contacted, Sam claimed I lost the part—despite his own staff saying parts often go missing and despite him previously stating the part was in the shop. If you research this business—including the BBB, where they are not accredited—you’ll see a consistent pattern: sloppy work, cheap parts, repeated excuses, and zero accountability. I am no longer a customer. All of our vehicles and our money are now at another shop. Learn from my experience. Do not go here.

Have had nothing but great experiences here, got new wheels and a downpipe for very reasonable prices. Eric was an insanely huge help with very quick work, never had a mechanic as good as him.
