I've been taking all my cars to 360 Auto for years and have always received great work at a price that beats others, especially considering the quality of work done. They are honest and they get the work done fast. I highly recommend 360 Auto!

One of the best experiences we’ve had! We came in to check our brakes, and had a great experience. No one enjoys fixing their car, but when you have people that feel like they are on your side, they want to help, and they are very transparent…. It turns into something you want to share with others. We will be going back, that’s for sure. Thank you for everything!

This review is to express my frustration with the service I received at this shop . My visit, which I had hoped would address my vehicle's persistent issues, turned out to be a disappointing and costly experience. Initially, I brought my car to the clinic due to a recurring engine issue that I believed could be easily resolved. After a lengthy assessment, I was charged over $400 dollars for what I was assured would be a comprehensive fix. However, despite the assurances of the staff that the issue had been resolved, I continued to experience the same problem almost immediately after leaving the shop. It almost seems that all they were doing was just resetting my car so that the engine light would go away. After driving my car for about 50 miles the engine light came on AGAIN!!! I returned to the shop seeking clarification and a potential remedy, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and further charges for services that I believed should have been included in the initial repair. The lack of effective communication and customer care was disheartening, amplifying my dissatisfaction with the overall service. And the 2nd time I was charged $477 dollars for the mechanic to simply change the “THERMOSTAT HOUSING” I honestly think this amount is way too much not only do I feel like I was taking advantage, but these people are dishonest and unprofessional. In conclusion, I cannot recommend 360Auto Clinic based on my experience. I left not only with an unresolved issue but also with a sense of having overpaid for inadequate services. I encourage potential customers to consider other options. In conclusion, if your car is having engine or transmission issues, just take it somewhere else where they will actually fix the problem. This people here don’t have any experience when it comes to that issue. Don’t waste your money..

I would do NEGATIVE stars if it was possible!!! This was the worst experience of my life dealing with this auto shop. First I called to get a diagnostic check on the car. I dropped off car at 11am on Monday. They never told me the car would take an entire day to inspect. I did not hear from them until Tuesday 10am. If I knew it would take this long I would have never dropped off my car. I had to miss work and I and stranded in Valencia. So on Tuesday they finally knew what work needed to be done. They told me it would be done by Wednesday at 5pm. So here I am thinking ok it will be done. Well boy was I wrong because around 10am they informed me that they need to order another part and it wouldn’t be here until Thursday. Like were you not aware that you needed that part after having my car at your shop for the entire day! Well here comes Thursday my car is finally done so I thought. I get to the shop and Vik is explaining to me what was replaced. He then proceeds to tell me that the price he quoted me has gone up. They quoted me $1780 and he was trying to charge me $2558 without my authorization. So please be aware when coming to this shop because they will try to overcharge you. I don’t know if it’s because I am a female or he just thinks I am a sucker and would just pay it. Like is this what this shop does scam people. I finally have my car many days later thinking it is fixed. I drive it 3 miles and guess what happens. The check engine light turns on once again. So you’re telling me you had my car for 4 days supposedly did the work it needed but I drove it 3 miles and light turns on! Then when I call Vik to let him know, my options are to leave the car again for another 3 days for them to see what’s wrong. HOW is this shop in business? I will never go here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CARLESS AND RIPPED OFF!!! Update: I brought car to have the engine light rechecked and after having it for the entire day. Vik calls to say that it is not their issue. When I had originally spoken to the mechanic/owner that once I fix cooling system the check engine light would turn off. This shop is full or LIARS! And to make it worse they failed to put all the screws in fender so the front was loose. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP! Nothing but headaches and still nothing resolved!!!
