Avoid this shop. I came in for a simple oil change and left dealing with an oil leak and one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Shortly after the service, I found a puddle of oil under my car. When I returned, I personally witnessed staff pouring the old oil back into my engine. The owner admitted the service was not done correctly and argued that using new oil again would be a financial loss for him. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, the situation escalated. The owner became confrontational, dismissive, and verbally aggressive, questioning why I would even need new oil after just a few days and calling me names during the interaction. After pushing for the issue to be fixed, the oil was eventually redone — but only after unnecessary conflict. While I was sitting in my car letting it warm up before leaving, the owner continued the confrontation and threatened to use his truck to block me in if I didn’t leave immediately. At that point, I felt unsafe and left. This experience reflects poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and hostile customer treatment. A basic service turned into a situation involving an oil leak, improper handling of the vehicle, and aggressive behavior from the owner. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again.

This is a great repair shop. I have used them several times over the last year from air conditioning repair, axel repair and most recently to replace our car engine. Floyd and his team are great. Their prices are fair, the staff are friendly, fast and efficient. I would recmommend them to anyone.

So I waited 8 days until I decided to post this negative review about this shop. I came here to find out my Ac diagnosis will cost me $1800 to replace the compressor, or the other option is $650 to add freon. I rejected the diagnosis and cost of repairs because I didn't feel right about what Floyd was prescribing. Fast forward, the next day, I took my car to another AC repair shop locally, they charged me only $120 to evacuate the freon, refill and check all the lines for leakage and come to find out that I had no leak in my lines and the compressor was working and nothing was wrong with it. It's now the 7th day, and the AC is still Icy cold. No leaks and compressor is working. Bottom line, this shop is dishonest, and the reviews you see here do not match what I have experienced. I'm glad I found another honest local shop nearby and did not fall for this scam.

I was driving from LA back home to the Bay. We were in Sherman Oaks when our A/C went out so I told my wife to look for a shop in the Santa Clarita area. She found this shop that had reviews of this shop being very honest and of course very happy customers. Floyd got my A/C blowing cold again and it was more than just a recharge that was needed for my A/C. He noticed my battery had died while he was working on it so he charged my battery and changed my much needed cabin filter replacement. I had no idea that changing out my cabin filter would give me more gas mileage. It went from 265 miles distance to empty to 385 miles after he serviced my vehicle. If that not what did it then I don’t know what else did. For 2 years I’ve noticed my mileage went from almost 400 miles at full tank to 285 miles. Whatever he did I’m back to 400 miles on a full tank. I’ve serviced my vehicles at other shops and told them about it and they just said, those things are never accurate. I’m a very satisfied customer and if I didn’t live so far this would be my mechanic.
