My family of 7 was about a couple hours into a road trip when our 2012 Sprinter went into limp mode. We were fortunate that it happened only a few miles from this shop so we gave them a call and Daniel said to bring it in. He quickly performed some diagnostics and ordered the sensors that needed to be replaced. He quite literally our trip. He was also very nice, even recommended a nearby park for us to take the kids while we had to wait. What could have been a complete disaster ended up being a hiccup and we were back on the road in a total of 5 hours. We drove it 1500 miles further with no issues. After having many different shops and dealers work on the van over the years this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I found myself in a bind on my way to work — I stopped for gas and realized my fuel door wouldn’t open. With only 35 miles left before empty, I started to panic. I found Valencia MBZ & VW in Newhall and Daniel truly saved the day. He came out right away, got my fuel door open, ordered the part I needed, and replaced it quickly. His knowledge and expertise is uncanny, he is great at diagnosing the problem and repairing it at a reasonable price! In all these years I've never had an issue, always satisfied. One time I had an issue, car would not start this was around 8pm called Daniel he said I'll be there in one hour. Shure enough he was here on time, Found the problem and fixed it, I was on my way! I can't thank Daniel enough for all the years he pulled me out of a jam! THANKS!!!
