I recently brought my Range Rover to this shop, believing their suppose certification by Range Rover meant I could trust them with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I had it towed there because my vehicle was leaking coolant and the warning sensor had gone off. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty water pump, a damaged hose, and a thermostat that needed replacing. I approved the repairs and the nearly $2,000 cost, expecting quality service. However, they kept my SUV for four days, claiming they needed to test drive it before returning it to me. When I finally got my car back, I drove only about 10 miles before receiving an overheating engine warning—something I had never seen before. I had to immediately stop and have the car towed back to the shop. After another inspection, they shockingly informed me that I now needed extensive engine repairs because of damage that occurred due to their negligence. This whole situation could have been avoided with proper care and attention during the initial inspection, and now they want to charge me $6,000 for something that should have never happened in the first place. To make matters worse, I’ve tried contacting the owner several times, but he completely ignores my calls. This place is incredibly expensive, and you’d expect nothing less than excellent service for the money. Unfortunately, my experience has led me to believe that they cannot be trusted with your vehicle. I highly caution anyone considering this mechanic shop—do yourself a favor and find a more reliable option. Worst experience ever!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about European vehicles, took my 2017 BMW 320i in to get the oil pan replaced and was very surprised on how quick they were able to my car back to me, definitely recommend taking your vehicle in to them if you have any issues that need to be resolved.

My Volvo Xc90 AC was not working , I have called couple of places and they all sounded same with wrong quotes and projected something big is faulty (Evaporator Replacement with 3500 - 4k quotes). I found this on google with good reviews decided to give a call , spoke to John with out implanting any doubts in my brain straight away he asked me to bring the car as he suspected issue could be just freon. First and foremost , John has a great respect towards his customers . The diagnosis was honest they were able to fix my AC issue in couple of hours ( freon refill) for a very reasonable fair price. Thank you again John and team for the wonderful service and help .
