After putting up with nasty shops with disgustingly filthy bathrooms and uncomfortable waiting rooms, some full of stinky tires and crabby misogynists, I used Yelp to find Valencia Auto Performance. I could not be happier. I could tell immediately that a woman was in charge. The owner and her late husband did everything to make their "guests". comfortable from a matching cozy couch and love seat to coffee and small fridge stocked with cold waters . They have WiFi and the cleanest bathroom you have ever been in. Her sweet husband passed away a few years ago and she hasn't skipped a beat in keeping things running smoothly. Sam is the head mechanic and treats me like family. I feel respected and cared for and recommend them to everyone. Their pricing is competitive and being next to a car rental agency they can hook you up with a rental if your repair is overnight. Sam always explains things to me and I go by every time I'm taking a long trip to make sure my car is in great of condition They also do smog checks

This place is so well run. I called in the morning, they booked for that same day, got an estimate in about an hour (several items to be done), Picked up the car a few hours later when they said they would call. Customer service was excellent, polite, thorough, and professional; asking all the right questions. They completed the work when they said they would, for a couple bucks less than the estimate and I could not be happier.

Pam is the owner and Sam runs the shop. Today I met Matthew who was the excellent front desk person. The cleanest bathrooms and most comfortable waiting area with cozy couches, WiFi, cold drinks and coffee.
