I have visited the Santa Clarita store at least 30 times in thr last 5 months. So far everyone that has helped me with my pistol and ammo purchases have been great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good about doing the necessary paperwork as well. My wife asked me if I'm moving in the store soon since I'm there a lot. Shout out to Mike, Keith, Gagandeep, Elliot. You all do a great job! I just wanted to chime in again to give props to the staff at Turners in Saugus. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable of their craft. One day just for the fun of it I am going to another turners location just to see if the same detail to attention is given as welm.

My experience from coming to Turner's Outdoorsman - Santa Clarita has been 10/10 since coming here for the first time in 2019. Stephanie P., Erik Massey, Michael Buck, Karo Gevorkyan, Kevin Schrody, Steven Taing, Thomas H. and the rest of the crew there have sold me countless firearms, ammunition and helped me navigate the absolute tyranny of anti-second amendment California laws that are meant to suppress and rob us citizens of the right to bear arms as our forefathers intended. They are knowledgeable, understand the laws and regulations and are very informative about everything they sell to their customers. Ensure you come in earlier than expected to complete transactions as this is a very popular location in town since it is a one stop shop for hunting, fishing, firearms and more. Also, we appreciate the military discount on purchases in the store! Thank you again guys.

Love this Turner’s! Purchased around 10 guns from them so far, and always make me feel welcomed. The new firearm ticket service is a great addition (located on a pole in the reloading isle). They are fine if you look, but be sure to add yourself to the ticket system if you need service. It helps keep your place in line and accurately tracks how many customers they actually help. Knowledgeable staff, and they don’t make you feel odd for asking questions. Prices are set at MSRP, and things go on sale all the time. Military/ Law Enforcement discount friendly. Highly recommend them.

About the best selection of firearms you’ll find in Santa Clarita and the staff is knowledgeable. They are very helpful if you need to take your safety exam. One or two of the guys there can be a little condescending, but you’ll rarely find a shop without guys like that. But everyone there, including them, will give you good assistance if you have questions.

Store is clean and well stocked with a variety of firearms, ammo, and fishing supplies. The folks who stop by come from all walks of life, from complete beginners nervous handling a gun for the first time to experienced shooters. I never felt out of place visiting as a queer person and wasn't given any hassle from the staff or other customers. I've visited twice recently and the staff are generally helpful. Grabbing a ticket, the wait was no more than a couple minutes as they helped customers. They'll let you handle the firearms to help you find what feels good in your hands and suits your needs. The staff like to chat but are willing to give you some space to think over things. No politics. Just helpful advice. My recommendation for visitors is to visit at an off time, like a weekday morning if you can because it can get busy later in the day. Update 19 Jan 2025: Front desk was attentive and I had no issues. Big improvement from last visit.
