I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received. The final result was far from what I expected, and now I have to take my vehicle to another shop to get the factory-quality finish I originally wanted. AND I TOLD THEM TO NOT PUT ANY AMPS ON SUB BOX.... The job also took five weeks, which felt excessive for the type of work being done. Even worse, they used wood screws and self-tapping screws that didn’t even hold up a month after completion. I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing a shop. They may be okay for something simple like installing a head unit, but I would not trust them with any custom work. You can see from the photos that it is far from cleanly work and they charged me 5k for the wiring, I feel totally scammed Now im stuck fixing this work. And it sucks

Its kind of hard to pin point this to an actual someone, so as a whole this is your responsibility of the result of my car. Which I am grateful for the new screen and sound in our car but It doesn't make up for the whole experience you and your team made it so for us. They did not explain properly during time of purchase for said certain work and time frame for it to be done until after I paid they said "we will see you in about a week" so we had to schedule for later times 2x and with that also happening no proper link communication was given to rest of the team when agreed on> we leave our keys in their store to have the work done over the weekend
