I would avoid this Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center at all costs. Over the past two years, I have had two separate experiences here where I felt like they were trying to sell me something I did not need. The first time was with my 2024 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. I had a tire leaking air and thought there might be a nail in it. After checking it, they called me back and said I had a dented rim and would need a new rim and tire to fix the issue. I then took the car to my local Honda dealership, where they checked it and even showed me video proof that the rim was perfectly fine. The only issue was a nail in the tire, which Honda repaired for free. And its been good ever since. More recently, I had a visible nail in the tire of my 2026 Toyota Camry XSE. I went in and told them I needed the nail fixed. Within minutes, they called me back and said they could not patch the tire because the nail was too close to the sidewall, and that I would need to buy a new tire. That same day, I went to the Toyota dealership. They removed the nail right in front of me in the check-in line and showed me that it had not even punctured the tire. There was no air leaking, and the tire was completely fine. I am not sure what the technicians at this Sam’s Club are doing, but based on my experiences, I will not be returning here for any tire issues again.

After dropping off the car for tire rotation few minutes before the appointment time, technician started to work on the car after 1 hour 15 minutes, even though I was promised it would take about 45 minutes to complete. It is almost 2 hours, they have not completed the work. I missed my other appointments which was scheduled 2 hours after the tire rotation appointment. 3 technicians were there, but only one was working on cars and other two were doing something not related to the cars. I am so much disappointed with the tire service at Sam’s Club.

View on GoogleMust have a membership. Called to set up a tire rotation appointment. When I arrived they measured the tread on all 4 tires. Since I will be needing new tires soon so I purchased the one-time 6000 mile tire rotation for about $15. There is a $40. deal that covers lifetime rotation of the tires on the car at time of service. Also if you buy your tires there the tire rotation is included for the new set of tires. Car was done in less than 40 minutes. Excellent service. FYI...Gas station on-site at a lower cost for members.
