Tony was very helpful with getting everything we need to get fixed for our daughter’s car so she could get her DMV TAGS. He was not pushey when it came to the repairs. Tony printed out the cost of everything that needed to be repaired and went over everything so I totally understood what needed to be done to get a certificate.I would recommend this shop to everyone. They are very honest and upfront with you.

I just finished an oil change and mentioned that my back tail lightbulb was out. They replaced it during the oil change and when I looked at my bill, they didn’t even charge me!! Thats never ever happened to me! Thank you R&S! Oh, I blew a head gasket at the end of last year snd they rebuilt my engine and did a fantastic job.. car runs so smoothly and well now. Yup, they’re the best👍

Everyone from the owner Eddie to Mario has always provided us with total quality service for our VW Turbo Beetle, Honda Ridgeline Sport 4x4, Firebird, Toyota trucks and Camrys, Acura etc. This afternoon a service indicator light activated on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and I stopped by to see if they had time to do a diagnostic and quickly was told by Mario it was not serious, merely time to replace the oil, filters and check all the fluids! Mario has worked there for many years and has always given me honest estimates and timely service! I know they are always busy and prefer an appointment but have always accommodated me for an emergency. They have earned our trust and reputation for quality service and repairs!
View on GoogleI brought my 2019 Toyota Tacoma here for an engine swap after a hydrolock incident. Three months later, while driving on the freeway, I suddenly lost power and pulled over to find a fuel leak. I took it to another shop in San Jose, which diagnosed the cause: R&S had used wrong-sized bolts on the fuel injector and reused a seal that should have been replaced — causing the injector rail to come loose. When I contacted R&S about reimbursement for their mistake, they dodged my calls repeatedly before ultimately refusing to take responsibility. I've since filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and am pursuing the matter in small claims court. If you're considering this shop for a major repair, be aware of my experience.
