This shop is great for simple jobs, however I would not recommend them for anything beyond basic maintenance. We had gaskets and seals replaced on engine, but were still leaking. Studs were missing and replaced with tape wrapped bolts. The bolt holding our tensioner was not properly seated, hence loud belt noise. They sprayed our engine with water to clean up all the oil and grime, as a result our distributor went out prematurely. We went to a Honda specialist that had to share this horrible mess with us. Pursue shop at your own risk as I have no idea how any shop can be held responsible when they don't do a job right.

I dropped in without an appointment and I was met by the owner-mechanic Erwin. He immediately took care of my cars issue. I found them to be very professional and a very qualified shop. I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes while other nearby shops were not very accommodating at all and three times more expensive. I plan to return and have Performance Auto Care do the all the regular wear and tear maintenance - brakes, fan belts replacement, air filters etc. While it may not have the appearance of a fancy shop, the work done is solid - old school, good school.
