I’m really glad I found Galeano’s Automotive! Rafael is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to BMWs. As a woman bringing in my first BMW, I was a little nervous, but he made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly without being condescending, which I really appreciated.
His prices very reasonable, the quality of work is excellent, and he works quickly—my car was ready in less than half a day. As a full-time student working part-time, that made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with your car, but Rafael is that person. I’ll definitely be returning anytime I need service!

He did such an awesome job, communicating with me, during the entire procedure, and even sent a diagnostic video, showing me all the problem areas, and repair suggestions!
I live quite a distance from his place, so he e-mailed me the repair info, with all details, and costs, for my approval!
Spotless work area, and very pleased with repair results!

After a frustrating dealership experience, I brought my BMW 750 to Raphael and couldn’t be happier.
He correctly diagnosed a failed rear air spring and later identified a faulty tire monitor receiver that was keeping my chassis and TPMS lights on. He explained everything clearly, priced the work fairly, and didn’t upsell unnecessary repairs.
The car now rides perfectly and all warning lights are gone.
If you own a BMW and want honest, knowledgeable service, I highly recommend Raphael.
