I have been very reluctant to bring my car to a repair shop outside the dealer since I've had my hybrid. However, I searched for repair shops that worked on hybrid cars in Santa Clarita and that had good reviews, there were not many to choose from, so I went with G&M Auto repair in Canyon Country. I met David at the front desk, he was honest, inviting and assured me they would do their best to find the problem. Well, it's been a week since the repair on my Ford Fusion Hybrid was done, and I will say I am very pleased with the services provided. G&M was very methodical and efficient with the diagnostic. Also, they provided original parts and guaranteed the work for one year or 36,000 miles. The mechanics are good and very attentive to detail, so the money spent is well worth it, so you're getting excellent quality work for great price.

When my car didn’t pass smog the gentleman recommended G & M auto. I went there and I asked for Brad. He was super nice, super friendly and helpful. Since this was unexpected I asked if he could give me a general idea of what something like this could cost. Based on my specific situation he was able to give me a general spread of what it could cost so that I could have a worst case scenario in my mind. Very helpful for me! They were able to call me sooner than expected and order the part right away. The car was done very quickly that week and in the afternoon when they called me they offered to go take it for a smog so I didn’t have to make an extra stop. When I got there to pick it up John greeted me and once again super nice and super friendly and very informative. I paid my bill and was on my way. And the car is running great! I will be back as a returning customer of any of my cars need maintenance in the future. They seem like they are family oriented, friendly and honest people. I am all about small business, quality work at a fair price and good customer service.

I haven't taken my car here, but I called in to see if they have a travel mechanic. They ended up not having one and the man on the phone was very nice and stayed on the phone with me to help search for vans I would use. He had good insight to the vehicle I was wanting to get inspected to buy and told me that the year of the van I was getting was garbage and had a lot of issues. He saved me at least 35k instead of taking my business and letting that ship sink. I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you

Was smelling fuel and decided to bring it to the shop rather than try to find the issue myself. It was much bigger than I thought it was but I’m glad that I brought it to G & M Auto Repair. They were quick with servicing my car and the price for repair was well worth it! Customer service was great and Richard is very friendly. Definitely will come back if needed.
