I cannot recommend Country Automotive in Santa Clarita enough! The transmission on my 1999 Honda Accord went out, and I was worried about finding a shop willing to work on an older vehicle without overcharging me. From the moment I spoke with Adam, the owner, I felt completely at ease. Adam took the time to explain the diagnosis clearly, confirming exactly what I suspected about the clutch assembly. The team completed the repair efficiently, and the car shifts smoother now than it has in years. I also brought it in to have the AC system repaired. True to their reputation, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no unnecessary upsells or confusing jargon, which gave me great peace of mind. Adam came highly recommended by a friend who has been going to Country Auto for years. Our older vehicle needed the AC fixed and I knew there was some other work that had to be done. Adam got the cooling system working again (hallelujah!) but then told me about the more pressing issue on the front end, which I knew about but hadn’t mentioned. I was impressed that he went beyond the standard AC repair and oil changing, finding an issue that could have left me stranded had the front suspension failed. I got great value for the money and think I have a new mechanic for life!

SO relieved to have found a reliable and honest mechanic and now friend locally! I called Adam after he was recommended in a Facebook group and he was the only one that would look at and diagnose my car without charging me. And he fixed it and guaranteed his work, plus found other issues I didn’t know about on my car. His cost was substantially lower than what I expected. Highly recommended.
