I can absolutely see why America Tire Depot, in Valencia, CA. has such an outstanding reputation and so many five-star reviews. My experience from start to finish was exceptional! Philip’s leadership, knowledge, and genuine care for both his customers and his team were evident the moment I walked through the door. He made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. We had a great conversation about his career as a musician, his travels abroad, and how he was looking forward to visiting New Orleans, LA.—my hometown—which made the entire visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s refreshing to meet a manager who not only leads by example but also truly looks out for his employees and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Jaiden was the first person I spoke with, and his phone etiquette and professionalism immediately made a great first impression. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the scheduling process effortless. Jason, the service technician, did an excellent job replacing the tire sensor on my car. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was completed correctly. The entire team treated me with respect, professionalism, and kindness. It’s easy to see that this location takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and quality work. America Tire Depot has definitely earned a lifelong customer. This is officially my new hometown tire shop, and I’ll be recommending Philip, Jaiden, Jason, and the entire team to all of my family, friends, and colleagues. I have been going to this place for years for tires, alignment and tire rotation on both of my vehicles. I recently went in for tire rotation, and when my husband made the appointment he decided to ask for every free inspection they offered. A couple of hours after dropping it off, I received a call saying there were multiple things wrong with the suspension on my car and given an estimate of $2800 to fix it. I was surprised to hear that, because I just had my car completely inspected less than 6 months prior and all it needed was a battery replacement. Something felt off, so I said that I would take it to another mechanic to get it checked out. The worker on the phone ensured me that the employee who inspected the spark plugs, etc. was the best and he knows what he is doing. The repairs were really being sold to me, which felt even more like a red flag. I declined the repairs and picked up my car. A week later, I took the car to a mechanic. It received a full inspection and I was told there was literally *nothing* wrong with my car. Nothing wrong with the suspension because he really checked that due to what I was told. The shop didn't even charge me for an inspection fee. The mechanic genuinely seemed bothered that I could have paid nearly 3k for them to do repairs on the car when he couldn't find anything that needed repaired/replaced. I will never trust this place with my cars again. Will be going elsewhere for my tire needs.

Fast, friendly, and reliable service. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The shop was clean, the prices were great, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Special shoutout to “Phillip” for taking care of a flat tire on Sunday (America’s tire is closed on Sunday -long time customer) American Tire Depot is one of few tire shops open on Sunday. He took care of a flat tire within an hour and best thing is “free of charge” I’ll definitely return to the store if I need new tires and other service they provide. My friend recently had oil change and break job done - he spoke well of this place. Go check it out. Strongly recommended

Great mechanics and great customer service! Fair pricing and appointments are allowed. They are open Saturday and Sunday and that works with my schedule!
