I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. I came in only to fix a flat tire, which should normally take a short time. However, it took almost two hours even though there were no other customers in the shop and about four mechanics walking around. Instead of focusing on fixing my flat tire quickly, the staff kept trying to convince me to do many other services that were not related to the tire problem. It felt like they were more interested in selling extra work than helping with the issue I came in for. From the owner to the staff, the service felt unorganized and unprofessional. I hope they improve their customer service and respect customers’ time in the future.

I have brought a vehicle here three times for an Uber inspection and all three times I’ve had a great experience. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and you’re usually out in about 10 minutes. The times that I have asked about service for my car they give me honest answers about what they think I do or do not need. If I ever need my car serviced, I would bring it here.
