I came in for 4 wheel tire install and alignment. Sloppy work, damaged 3/4 of my 20' wheels at the rim edge. I called about the issue and returned to the location. Albert was very kind and apologetic and refunded my bill as compensation. I felt this was fair in order to have the rims repaired, that is until I got home and checked closely. This is a weekend car with only 11k miles over 4 years and I do all my own maintenance otherwise, so I know the exact condition of the car. I got home and noticed the tech scratched up the entire insides of the wheel on all 4 rims trying to remove the wheel weights. 3/4 of the wheels had the old adhesive left off. He also left on a manufacturer sticker at the edge of the wheel. I have no idea is this is going to cause a leak. If I knew all this was going to happen, I would never have come here. I'm not sure the value of the install/alignment is going to cover the repair - but I would have rather paid more for a job done correctly. Worst experience ever, do not recommend if you care about the condition of your vehicle.

They have 94 locations in the country mostly in California. I was looking for new budget tires for my worn out Hankook tires. I went for ATD b/c they’re always have SALE and open on Sundays. I went to this location hoping they carry the brand (Lionhart A/S) I found online, and fortunately they have it. It cost me OTD $648 which includes wheel alignment, balancing, recycling, premium wheel weights, warranty, coupon discount and tax. I was a walk-in and they installed the new tires in 2.5 hours. They will text customers when your vehicle is ready. Staff (Christian V. and tech) were competent and professional. Interior layout was organized. Prices were reasonable. Parking was easy. Service was on point. Overall, I was very satisfied as a first time customer with their exquisite service, price and professionalism. I recommend ATD.
View on GoogleBuyer beware. Sold me Chinese-made struts at 300% markup. I came in May 2024 looking for an alignment on my Toyota due to uneven tread wear on my tires. Was told that I needed new struts by Alberto. My car had an uneven ride so I approved the job. Service was quick and I was out the door same day. Car drives fine. Credit where credit is due. However, it turns out the struts were way cheaper than what was invoiced. I understand having to pay bills but 300% markup on parts is ridiculous. It even surpasses MSRP on the OEM versions. I would have been better off going getting serviced at the dealership for what I paid. Might be looking at another expensive repair down the line when these cheap struts fail.
