Seidner's Collision Centers - Rosemead

I took my Hyundai Sonata here for repair after the extreme winds we experienced in early Jan 2025 that shattered my windshield and left visible scratches in front and behind my car. Jose and the team kept me updated throughout the repair timeframe, and when it was time to pick it up- everything looked absolutely perfect and restored to original condition. They even took the time to clean the interior and exterior of my car! Overall, I would highly recommend Seidner's Collision Center in Rosemead for any needed car services. Furthermore, I want to highlight the level of professionalism and technical knowledge Jose was able to provide; he walked me through all of the procedures the team did to repair my car, and was extremely detailed in demonstrating for me that my car was operating normally again. Impeccable customer service!

This was my second time visiting Seidner’s for a repair (different car) and I’m glad I brought my business back to them. Kurt gave me a straightforward quote with a detailed breakdown via email. After I dropped off the car, they gave me a call to let me know the bumper damage was worse than expected. However Kurt worked flexibly within our budget since we were paying out of pocket and really helped us out a lot. He communicated well throughout and the turnaround was less than a week. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and quality of work. Rear bumper and passenger side rocker looks brand new like it never happened.

I deeply regret choosing this shop over Joe’s up the street. Despite being warned by two friends to stay away, I followed a recommendation from a third friend—who, after seeing the ordeal I went through, I doubt will recommend this place again. My repair involved replacing two passenger doors. There policy is to transfer all the original hardware to the replacement despite the condition. So instead of using the best parts available, they actually transferred a cracked glass panel from my damaged door onto the replacement door, despite the replacement came with a perfectly fine one. It took me pointing it out for them to fix it. Where is the common sense or pride in workmanship? Furthermore, I reminded my representative three times (plus a phone call) about a scratch on my bumper from the accident. When I arrived for pickup, it was still there. I had to wait an hour and a half while they made corrections they should have caught themselves. To top it off, they complained to me about not being reimbursed by insurance for the "extra labor"—labor that only existed because they failed to do the job right the first time. Save yourself the headache and go to Joe’s. Oh, even worse, my rental car experience with Hertz Rental Car that is supposedly conveniently located at Seidners. The shop coordinated a rental car originally from the on-site Hertz location but ended up through another Hertz location in another city. They didn’t call, but sent a text saying a car would arrive in five minutes at Seidners to take me to the other Hertz location. It then took 90 minutes to actually get my rental because the office was understaffed with only one rep. When I arrived, there was only one person waiting, but quickly filled with customers who had a lot of issues. The car wasn’t ready, needed to be vacuumed but he couldn’t get away. He serviced all the other customers coming in until finally he had the opportunity to “prep” the car. Unfortunately to make matters worse, the car ended up still being filthy even after being vacuumed. I found an old energy drink can and napkins under the seat. Despite the interior and exterior being dirty when I received it, the rep had the audacity to ask me to wash and vacuum it before returning it!
